I discovered this lovely shop while walking in Basel with my mum and was instantly impressed with the concept and design of retina pendants, earrings and cufflinks, and decided I would like to have one for myself. I am absolutely delighted with my retina design pendant which Stefan and his team designed for me. It is a lovely and totally unique, personalised jewellery unseen anywhere else which makes it very special and beautiful to wear, definitely recommended to anyone who is looking for something special. Stefan is very nice, helpful and informative and helped me choose the right design for myself.

What a nice idea as a reminder of my parents, who helped decide on this during their lifetime and were thrilled. The idea of having both retinas on one ring is simply unique. Mr. Wacha takes a lot of time and explains the entire process in detail up to the final product. It’s great that there is still such joy in the job, because we never had the impression that we had to buy anything. Mr. Wacha stands behind its product completely and with conviction and would have accepted either a cooling-off period or a rejection. Retina Jewelry caught our eye (pun intended) and after talking with Stefan, my sister and just had to have some pieces made. We had beautiful pendants and rings created. Each piece is expertly crafted and so unique. We are in the States and Stefan did an excellent job of communicating through email and making sure each piece was exactly as we wanted. The concept is both novel and fantastic. Found it during our meandering in Basel. Bought earrings as surprise for our daughte’s 16th birthday, containing mom and dad’s retina.
